LIVESTOCK FESTIVAL 2005, Staffordshire Moorlands

Project Manager. Duties included hiring staff, sanitary facilities and marques, organising catering, ticket sales and distribution, site security, music and non-music entertainment. I was also involved in designing of promotional materials, location selection, undertaking of PR exercises and general admin.

Team Player. As a core member of the team responsibilities included managing time effectively and keeping to deadlines, organising and liasing with hired staff, implementing site security and making informed judgements. Central role within the LIVESTOCK team developed more mature approach to communicating and high levels of iniative; instigated creativity and innovation throughout design process; recognised qualities in other members of the team; learnt to act on feedback for continuous improvement; enhanced adaptability.
