Sales Manager. Duties included cash handling, one to one selling, requiring in depth product knowledge across vast product catalogue. Stock control across multiple sites at exhibition. Responsibilities included maintaining positive morale of sales team; strong team leadership. Quick thinking under pressure and acting on initiative; good judgement. Customer satisfaction paramount; excellent communicator.
Retail Store Manager. Duties included cash handling, general house keeping, stock control, customer relations and specialist product knowledge. Challenging, lively environment increased stamina; bulit positive attitude towards retail sales technique and customer service. Improved interpersonal skills; importance of patience, tact and self reliance. Working independently, successful time management and competence essential; enhanced reliability.
